Picnic Point is a Census Designated Place with an approximate population of 22,953 residents in about 7.4 square miles.  It borders the Puget Sound coastline to the West and straddles Edmonds, Mukilteo, and Lynnwood, WA.

The neighborhood offers beach access, wooded trails and residential communities, and a wide variety of home styles and prices.  Picnic point is a great place to call home, but don’t take our word for it, watch the video.
