The Evergreen State Fair in Monroe – 2018

Located in Monroe, Washington Since 1949, the 193-acre Evergreen State Fairgrounds is home to the Evergreen State Fair which attract hundreds of thousands of visitors each year.  The Fairgrounds includes several permanent facilities which are used year-round for Northwest horse shows, trade shows, swap meets, auto races and more. The Gary D. Weikel Events Center (a 36,000 square foot multi-purpose building); the Evergreen Speedway with its paved oval track, is the only NASCAR venue in Washington and has a 7,000-seat covered grandstand; a clear-span sporting arena that can seat 4,000, two RV areas with dump stations, and a variety of other permanent exhibition facilities.

Parking Prices

CASH is the only accepted payment for day of parking at this time. Parking passes are non transferable and cannot be used for reentry to the Fairgrounds Parking Lot.

Disabled parking is available in all Fairgrounds parking lots at the same rate as non-disabled parking. These spaces are located closest to the entrances in all official parking lots.

*All Advanced parking passes must be purchased prior to August 23 at the Pass Booth. Cash, VISA, Mastercard & debit cards are accepted in the Pass Booth for payment.

New this year! Go VIP or buy 1 get 1 free! Grandstand Festival Seating for all concerts is buy one get one free and includes fair gate admission (a $14 value). That’s two concert tickets and two fair gate admissions for the price of one concert ticket.

Guests who purchase VIP tickets have floor seats to the show and are invited to return to their seats with their beer/wine. All guests in the Grandstands will need to remain in the beer garden area for consumption.
