WE ARE ALL SOLD OUT OF INVENTORY VIDEO
OUR TRIBUTE TO THE LATE JACK ROBERTS
In this video Joe Kiser, Jason Fox and Chris Fiamengo explain why it may be the right time for you to sell your house... Jack Roberts style.
Jack was a locally famous appliance store owner of his name, Jack Roberts Appliance. He became famous by filming wacky TV commercials with his wife Linda.
These commercials would usually paint Jack as being somewhat crazy about appliance pricing and his wife being the sensible and stable voice that would keep him focused. They would often end the commercial with Linda throwing a pie in Jacks face.
Although, he was much more than an appliance pitch man.
He was a very important person in my life. He taught me so much more than how to sell and run a business. He taught me how be compassionate, how to give back to a community that had given him so much, how to be a husband, how to be a father, how to be a friend... and how to film a wacky commercial.
Watch the video to find out why you right now may be a good time to sell your home.

We're all sold out!
Hi guys I'm Joe
I'm Jason
And I'm Chris
Today's video we're doing in the theme of Jack Roberts. Jack
Roberts was a notorious appliance salesman here in the Pacific
Northwest and also one of the biggest influencers in our partner Jason's life.
Yeah I got the chance to work for Jack for about three years and a matter of fact this jacket he gave me with my name on it and I've hung onto it this whole time. He was a big influence in my life. He taught me how to be successful not only in business but as a father as a husband and most importantly as a friend.
So Chris why are we doing this video today?
Well we're very low on inventory.
Interest rates are still amazingly low.
Still got a good job growth.
Now might be a good time to sell.
If you wait until spring it might be shoot yourself in the foot, in fact if you list now...
You won't be Undersold!
