I’d like to share a little bit of my
experience after working with hundreds
of clients find their dream homes and sell
their homes. What I found is that what
people are really looking for in a buyers
agent comes down to three
things. 1. You want help finding the right
home. That comes down to, as Jason talked
about, location, price, condition. You want
someone to understand your needs and
what you’re looking for to really be out
there as an advocate looking for
you so you don’t have to do all the
research yourself. 2. Help with negotiation.
We do this as an everyday part
of our business, but for
somebody that doesn’t do it, it’s a
little bit overwhelming and intimidating.
When it comes to negotiation we want to
know your needs so we can get you the
best home at the best value. 3. They need
help with all the paperwork. There’s a
lot of moving parts in a transaction.
Escrow is involved, we got banks
involved, multiple agents involved,
different inspectors and things like that.
It can be an overwhelming process
and again we like to remind people that
this is an everyday part of our business.
There’s nothing to stress out about
we’re here to help take the ball and run
with it for you.
