We were relocating back to Washington from the East coast with 2 children under 5. Chris helped us find our dream home by visiting listings and sending us virtual tours. It was very important that we had someone who is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area and conveys that knowledge to us while keeping our interests in mind. We were introduced to Chris when our neighbor was selling their house in May of 2021. He and his partner Ashley came over to introduce themselves as they made the rounds of the neighborhood. Joe and Jason were great to work with. They helped us purchase a home in WA while we were in CA even during the height of the recent face paced market.
