Both founders were born and raised in the area.  Joe Kiser spent his early years growing up in Edmonds, WA a place he still loves today.  Jason Fox was born in Everett, WA and has spent his years living in Everett, Seattle, Bothell, and most recently the Meadowdale neighborhood in Lynnwood, WA.

Prior to getting into real estate Jason was a real estate marketing coach and Joe was a finance manager for a top producing auto broker.
