Owners Jason Fox and Joe Kiser have been working together as a team, The Madrona Group, for years with the goal of opening a John L. Scott franchise.
In 2020 that opportunity presented itself in the form of the John L Scott Ballard | Madrona Group a Virtual First real estate office. Ballard is our Headquarters but we work from Seattle to Snohomish County or wherever you are.
What We Mean By Hybrid Real Estate Office
We don't think that real estate agents should be confined to the area that their office is located. We don't think that agents should be required to help pay the rent for an office that they are not using.
We have all recently learned how to work from home and how to use technology to perform more daily tasks.
John L Scott Ballard | Madrona Group focuses on Virtual First Real Estate Services.
We also think that there is a time and a place for people to meet in person. We also want a venue for mixers, parties, and seasonal events. For that, we have an office in a brand new building in Ballard.
While we do have an office in Ballard we operate as Virtual First and Meeting On Purpose.
We chose the Ballard neighborhood in Seattle, WA because of its large residential real estate presence. There are over 15,000 homes in Ballard. It is an up-and-coming neighborhood and the average sales price for a home is about $800k.
We are an official John L. Scott franchise office. We have been licensed with the company for many years and wanted to continue working with the brand. When you think of John L. Scott you think of Seattle real estate and you think of a brand you can trust.
