HOW'S THE MARKET? Real Estate FAQ [VIDEO TRANSCRIPT]

Hey it's Chris Fiamengo from The Madrona Group
and today I want to talk to you
about one of the most frequently asked
questions I get in my business and that
is.. "how is the market doing?"
The regular real estate agent would say good,
amazing, it's awesome. I
would ask you a question when you asked
me that, I would ask you what is your
motive? What is your intention? And I
would say it depends,
are you buying, selling, investing or
renting? Based off your answer there
we would dig a little bit deeper and we
would base our answer off of what you tell
us. Much like a concierge we guide
you. You know be that tour guide to help you in your goals and your motivation.
