basic steps. the first is securing

along with that we also want to make

because that’s an integral part of our

team. step two is negotiating the

offer. so once you find that house it’s

important that you have somebody on your

side looking out for your best interests.

step three is the purchase and sale

agreement. once we’ve arrived at the

come up with the terms that you’re okay

called a purchase and sale agreement or

the contract. once we have the offer

secured the next step is a home

inspection. that’s where we hire somebody

to go out and inspecty the home who will

moving on with the process. the fifth

step really is to continue to monitor

what that is is when the bank actually

escrow. initially a title was ordered so

and then bring you in for closing at the
