Joe and Jason came to see me and “sell their services.” They listened to me and were encouraging. They even brought a box of chocolates–a great idea! They were very helpful in getting the condo ready for market–what to do and what not to do. The selling process had unexpected bumps, but Joe and Jason walked me through them, and I ended up very satisfied. They have good advice and held my hand in the process. They “took on my case” and were particularly supportive. They negotiated on the price successfully. One of the hardest parts of the purchase and sales transactions was that I wanted to be able to just move once–put my stuff on the truck and take it to the new place. That took moving heaven, earth, and the truck. And it happened! That would not have happened with just any realtor. They also helped me keep to a budget so that I can afford my new home. They didn’t try to show me houses outside my range, or try to say “what’s another $25,000?” I’m very grateful to Joe and Jason.
