Joe and Jason Wish You A Happy Holiday Video

Happy Holidays 2018

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

“The Magic of the Holidays never ends,
and its greatest gifts are Family and Friends.”

Both Joe and I want to say thank you to everyone that has made this year so amazing.  Family, friends, clients, and even if you just read our emails from time to time… Thank You!

As I wrap up another year it’s nice to look back and reflect. I am not sure where 2018 went but 2019 is just around the corner. The Madrona group has now been a company for two years and has come through our infant growing pains. I only imagined that I would have a career I love, working with one of my best friends. We have had a lot of fun this year both in business and personally. I am anxious to see were we go in 2019 as we are already ramping up to have a great year.

I was able to take a motorcycle trip to Idaho and Montana this last year, visiting old friends and family that relocated to Northern Idaho. I fell in love with high school football as I went to every Ballard High school game near and far to cheer on my favorite Beaver Hayden as he got to play his first year of Varsity football. Now we are into the Wrestling season, which has woken up the wrestler in me that has been dormant the last 20 years since I last competed. My hope is to get involved in coaching the sport in the next year to come.

Like most years 2018 came with many celebrations, surprises, and pitfalls.  Some of you know that I have 3 children of my own and my girlfriend Sarah has a son.  Rowen my oldest daughter turned 13 this year and is becoming a teenager.  Don’t get me wrong she is a beautiful little classy lady, but our relationship is shifting. Chloe is 11 and already acts like a teenager.  She has the most beautiful soul and a heck of an artist.  My son, Hudson, is 6 year old is and is Autistic.  Most of my fondest and most challenging memories are with my son.  Sarah and I have been friends for over 15 years and spent our second year together as a couple.  She is amazing and I am lucky to have her in my life.  I feel like her son, Carter 13, and I are finally starting to bond.  It can be a challenge for 2 men to share the same woman.

This was my second full year as a real estate broker and I learned a ton.  Together we have helped you guys buy and sell about 40 houses here in the Puget Sound.  Our goal for 2019 is to sell 48 houses together.  I think we have a real shot.  My partner Joe and I have really started to create a positive synergy this last year and with your help I can only see it growing this next year.

I am truly blessed both in family, in health, and in business.  Thank you for being a part of that.

The Giving Season

The Madrona Group has giving built in to their business as we give 1% of our commissions to different charitable causes.  You can read more about it here:
