Mill Creek WA is small community in Snohomish County.  It is a highly desirable area to live and is anchored by the Mill Creek Country Club and the newly built Mill Creek Town Center.

There are miles of trails connecting the many planned communities and several neighborhood and community parks and recreational facilities, including Nickel Creek Park, Heron Park, Highland Park, Cougar Park, and the Mill Creek Sports Park. The major public trail is the North Creek Trail which runs from McCollum Park south to 164th Street SE and approximately parallels North Creek.

Mill Creek offers highly rated schools including: Henry M. Jackson High School, Heatherwood Middle School, and Mill Creek Elementary School.

and more specifically the St. Moritz condominiums.

Mill Creek is a small city in Snohomish County with a population of just under 20,000. It is a planned community that was built around the focal point of the Mill Creek Country Club. It is heavily wooded and offers a safe and secure community feeling along with high rated schools.

This is the Mill Creek Country Club you can come and enjoy dinner, brunch, community events, or take in 18 holes, you could also join the Mill Creek Tennis Club.

This is the St. Moritz condominiums. There are 43 units set on four floors in two buildings. This complex was built in 1981.

Today we’ll be visiting the A building. You can gain access to the units from either the common area garage elevator or through the foyer, which as you can see is handsomely decorated. The elevator takes you up to the third floor that’s where we’ll be stopping today we’ll be visiting unit A 31.

This is the Mill Creek Town Center where you’ll find everything from shopping at Central Market, Starbucks Coffee, Hair Salons, fine eateries, craft stores, book stores, and a gym. It’s a great place to go for a stroll or spend a Sunday afternoon.
