Just east of the Cascade Mountain Range is a unique change in climate. Eastern Washington is hotter in the summer, colder in the winter, and gets less rain. Just a few hours from the city you can easily experience a seasonal get away. Enjoy a winter snowfall in Leavenworth or turn up the summer heat at Lake Chelan or get your windsurfing gear and head to the Columbia River. 60% of US apples are grown here and they are delicious.

THE MADRONA GROUP
There is a tree that is native to the Puget Sound called the Madrona tree. It is a hearty tree that grows near the shoreline and whose roots prove useful against soil erosion on the steep shore banks.
The two decided to create a real estate team that focused on the principles, values, and strategies that they thought were most important to people in the Pacific Northwest.
The Madrona Group is a team of like minded real estate professionals that pride themselves on having a strong local real estate knowledge.
